Ondo Finance acquires Oasis Pro to develop regulated tokenized securities
ChainCatcher reported that Ondo Finance has announced the completion of its acquisition of Oasis Pro, including its digital asset broker-dealer license, alternative trading system license, and transfer agent license registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This makes the Ondo Finance Group the holder of the most comprehensive SEC-registered qualifications in the U.S. digital asset services sector.
With the completion of this acquisition, Ondo can now begin developing a regulated tokenized securities market, laying the foundation for a new generation of blockchain-based financial products for U.S. investors. Oasis Pro brings Ondo a complete digital asset infrastructure system, thereby supporting a broader range of tokenized securities business functions.
