Plume Network approved by US SEC to register as a transfer agent for tokenized securities
Jinse Finance reported that Plume Network has been approved by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to register as a transfer agent for tokenized securities. As a registered transfer agent, Plume will directly manage digital securities and shareholder records on-chain, and support interoperability with the settlement network of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC).
