ChainCatcher news, according to Onchain Lens monitoring, a newly created address withdrew 10 millions USDC from an exchange, deposited 9 millions into Hyperliquid, and used 3x leverage to go long on ETH. At the same time, an order was placed to buy 3 millions XPL in spot using the TWAP method.
