BlockBeats News, on November 11, crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett stated that Canary has submitted the XRP 8-A form, which is the final step before it becomes effective. Once approved for listing by Nasdaq, it is expected to take effect at 5:30 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday. At that time, the last obstacle will be cleared, and the first XRP spot ETF will officially launch at the opening on Thursday.
