U.S. federal agencies establish anti-fraud task force
Jinse Finance reported that U.S. authorities have announced the latest large-scale operation targeting Southeast Asian scams that have defrauded Americans of billions of dollars in cryptocurrency. They stated that they are forming a new task force to coordinate such actions. Meanwhile, the U.S. Treasury Department has issued extensive sanctions against groups and individuals suspected of being involved in scam centers in Myanmar.
