Ethereum Classic (ETC) and Aptos (APT) recorded daily losses amid slowing market activity. ETC traded near $15.21, down 4.2%, and APT hovered around $3.03 after a 3.87% decline. The two assets faced muted demand as traders shifted toward projects showing stronger ecosystem engagement, such as EV2.

Ethereum Classic remained under selling pressure throughout the 24-hour session, fluctuating between $15.17 and $16.04 before closing at $15.65. The intraday high near $16.00 was short-lived as sellers dominated during the latter half of trading. Market capitalization stood at $2.35 billion, supported by a circulating supply of 154.3 million ETC, which is nearly equal to its total supply.

The daily trading volume was at $88.13 million , which was approximately 3.7 percent of total capitalization, and market activity was low. The immediate support zone is located between 15.00 and 15.10, and the resistance level lies between 16.00 and 16.10. A fall below 15.00 can continue, and a consistent advance above 15.80 will herald a short-lived recovery period.
The long-term base of ETC is around the $14.00 level, and, with some previous consolidation points, it is likely to stabilize. Nevertheless, the absence of robust purchasing volumes also suggests that traders are holding back until there are more pronounced movement indicators, and then they will rejoin the market.
Aptos Trades Sideways with Liquidity Tightening
Aptos mirrored the broader market sentiment, maintaining a bearish posture as price action stayed within the $2.95 to $3.19 range. The token's closing value of $3.05 reflected a 3.87% daily loss, aligning with a parallel drop in its $2.18 billion market capitalization.
The volume of trading fell to 125.43 million, 2.4% lower than the last trading session, indicating that fewer speculative traders participated in the trading. The support level is in the region of $2.953.00, and the resistance is noted to be in the $3.183.20 range. Although Aptos is currently weak , it has moderate liquidity, with a circulating supply of APT at 721.14 million out of a total of 1.18 billion.
