Entities related to Peter Thiel completed their reduction of BitMine shares before September 30.
Jinse Finance reported that on November 15, information showed that an entity related to Peter Thiel's Founders Fund had sold half of its previously held BitMine shares, and currently holds 2.547 million shares of BitMine. According to documents from the US SEC, although the Schedule 13G form was submitted to the SEC on November 14, the reported 2.547 million BitMine shares represent the number of shares held as of September 30, 2025. This means that before September 30, the Founders Fund-related entity had already completed the reduction of its BitMine holdings.
