According to Jinse Finance, an entity related to Peter Thiel's Founders Fund submitted a Schedule 13G form to the US SEC on November 14. As of September 30, 2025, Peter Thiel holds 928,389 shares of ETHZilla stock, accounting for 5.6% of ETHZilla's shares. Compared to the 7.5% of ETHZilla shares reported on August 4, Peter Thiel's related entity had reduced its holdings by 1.9% before September 30.
