BlockBeats News, November 22, listed company mF International (Nasdaq: MFI) announced a $500 million private investment in public equity (PIPE) to launch its digital asset treasury strategy.


This PIPE plans to sell 50 million Class A common shares and pre-funded warrants at an offering price of $10 per share, aiming to raise $500 million before deducting issuance expenses, with the transaction expected to close around December 1, 2025. The company plans to use the net proceeds primarily to purchase Bitcoin Cash (BCH), establish its digital asset treasury business, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
