JPMorgan upgrades bitcoin mining companies Cipher and CleanSpark to "Overweight"

The target price for Cipher was raised from $12 to $18, and CleanSpark was raised to $10.8. However, JPMorgan has lowered the target price expectations for two other bitcoin mining companies, MARA and Riot, to reflect the anticipated weakness in bitcoin and increased stock dilution.
