RWA infrastructure Pruv Finance completes $3 million Pre-A round financing, led by UOBVM
Foresight News reported that compliant RWA infrastructure provider Pruv Finance has announced the completion of a $3 million Pre-A round of financing, led by UOB Venture Management (UOBVM), the venture capital arm of United Overseas Bank. Saison Capital, Taisu Ventures, Ascent, Spiral Ventures, and Royal Group also participated. The new funds are intended to support the development of its digital finance platform to help institutional users achieve RWA asset tokenization and on-chain distribution.
