HIVE launches $300 million additional issuance plan to strengthen AI infrastructure布局
Jinse Finance reported that HIVE Digital Technologies has launched an at-the-market equity offering plan of up to $300 million to enhance funding flexibility and accelerate its transformation towards AI and high-performance computing. The company recently acquired land in Canada to build a data center capable of housing over 25,000 GPUs. Its "dual-engine" model leverages bitcoin mining revenue to drive the expansion of its computing infrastructure. In the latest quarter, revenue increased by 285% year-on-year, and bitcoin production grew by 77% quarter-on-quarter.
