Jinse Finance reported, according to on-chain data tracking service WhaleAlert, that at around 7:39 AM (GMT+8), a dormant pre-mined address was just activated after 10.3 years of inactivity, containing 40,000 ETH (valued at $119,651,157). Back in 2015, these ETH were worth only about $12,400.
