Cicada Tech and Linkage Global announce the signing of a non-binding merger and acquisition letter of intent
ChainCatcher news, on-chain asset management platform Cicada Tech and Nasdaq-listed company Linkage Global have announced the signing of a non-binding merger and acquisition letter of intent, and issued a 6-K announcement this week.
According to the transaction, Linkage Global plans to acquire 100% equity of Cicada for a total consideration of $60 million, of which $3 million will be paid in cash and the remaining portion will be paid through the issuance of Linkage Global Class A common shares. Mr. Yang Ge Gary, founder of Cicada Tech, stated that the world will enter a new financial environment at an extremely fast pace, and both asset management and investment are undergoing a paradigm shift. Cicada combines extensive crypto experience with over 15 years of professional financial management expertise, and will make every effort to build RWA financial blue chips and establish an on-chain asset management industry for the future.
