Public company Sonnet establishes $888 millions crypto DAT
According to Jinse Finance, Arkham ZH disclosed that the US-listed company Sonnet Biotherapeutics has merged with Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. to establish a digital asset treasury (DAT) centered around HYPE. Currently, there are $888 million in committed funds, with approximately 65% invested in the form of HYPE tokens and about 35% in US dollars. The shareholders' vote was passed this morning, officially confirming this reserve plan.
