ChainCatcher news, Web3 security company CertiK has released the "2025 Skynet U.S. Digital Asset Policy Report," marking CertiK's first Skynet report focused on the U.S. regional market.

The report systematically reviews the overall direction of U.S. digital asset regulation in 2025, and points out that the U.S. has, for the first time, established a relatively clear and systematic regulatory framework for digital assets. Focusing on core aspects such as issuance, trading, and custody, federal legislative and administrative reforms are accelerating toward convergence, moving the market from an "exploratory phase" to a "systematic stage." As regulatory guidance for centralized functions becomes increasingly clear, digital assets are steadily integrating into the U.S. financial system. Financial institutions are gradually shifting their strategic focus toward licensed digital assets, and code auditing is becoming an important means to ensure institutional security and compliance. This trend is driving the industry's continued development.
