Anthony Pompliano's ProCap BTC completes SPAC merger
ProCap BTC, a Bitcoin treasury company led by Anthony Pompliano, completed a merger with SPAC firm Columbus Circle Capital (BRR) on Friday. After the merger, the company was renamed ProCap Financial and will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the code BRR next Monday.
