The U.S. budget deficit for November was $173 billion.
Jinse Finance reported that the U.S. Treasury Department stated the U.S. government’s budget deficit in November dropped to $173 billion. Total expenditures in November were $509 billion, lower than the $669 billion in November 2024. A Treasury official said part of the reason was that the recent end of the government shutdown caused payment delays.
