Ondo Finance to launch private tokenized liquidity fund on Solana
ChainCatcher reported that Ondo Finance, together with State Street Investment Management and Galaxy Asset Management, has jointly announced the SWEEP initiative, a new private tokenized liquidity fund aimed at bringing traditional cash management on-chain.
Ondo's flagship tokenized fund OUSG is planned to serve as the primary anchor investor for SWEEP, using the fund to further diversify its reserves and enhance OUSG investors' access to 24/7 liquidity. The SWEEP initiative is scheduled to launch on the Solana network in early 2026. OUSG holds a diversified portfolio of institutional tokenized US Treasury funds, aggregating the round-the-clock stablecoin liquidity provided by many of these funds, and offering this liquidity to OUSG holders as well as holders of these third-party funds via Ondo Nexus.
