US SEC Chairman: US financial markets are about to transition on-chain, looking forward to the SEC considering innovative exemption policies

DTC participants can now directly transfer tokenized securities to the registered wallets of other participants, and these transactions will be tracked by DTC's official records.

This morning, it was reported that the US SEC has approved DTCC to custody and confirm tokenized stocks and RWA assets on-chain.
