Spanish bank BBVA expands partnership with OpenAI to jointly develop AI banking solutions
Foresight News: Spanish bank BBVA has announced an expanded partnership with OpenAI to jointly develop new AI banking solutions aimed at transforming customer interactions, helping bankers better support clients, streamlining and enhancing risk analysis, and redesigning internal processes such as software development and employee productivity support. As part of this new agreement, BBVA will establish a dedicated team to work directly with OpenAI’s product, research, and technical success teams to accelerate the bank’s transformation into an AI-native institution.
