Simon Gerovich, CEO of the Japanese Bitcoin treasury company Metaplanet, posted on the X platform that Metaplanet purchased 4,279 BTC in the fourth quarter of 2025, with a total expenditure of approximately 451.06 million USD, an average price of about 105,412 USD per BTC, and achieved a 568.2% Bitcoin return in 2025.
As of December 30, 2025, the company holds a total of 35,102 BTC, with a cumulative investment of about 3.78 billion USD, and an average purchase price of approximately 107,606 USD per BTC.
