According to TechFlow, on December 30, Grayscale submitted an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), planning to convert its Grayscale Bittensor Trust (TAO) into an ETF and list it on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE Arca). The trust is currently traded on the OTCQX market under the ticker "GTAO", and will retain the same trading code after listing.
