Delin Holdings subsidiary approved to provide virtual asset trading services
ChainCatcher news, according to Golden Ten Data, Deren Holdings (01709.HK) announced in Hong Kong that its subsidiary Deren Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, in which it holds a 70% stake, has received conditional approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide virtual asset trading services under an omnibus account arrangement. However, this is subject to Deren Securities fulfilling certain conditions attached to its existing Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activity license.
