Venezuelan President orders immediate armed struggle

Golden Ten Data, January 3rd – According to an official statement from Venezuela, President Maduro has signed and ordered the implementation of a decree declaring a "state of external turmoil" nationwide, in order to protect the rights of the people, ensure the normal operation of republican institutions, and immediately enter an armed struggle phase.
