According to official news reported by Odaily, Starknet has resumed operations and is now fully functional. Transactions submitted between 17:24 and 17:42 (UTC+8) may not have been processed correctly. Starknet will release a retrospective report containing a complete timeline, root cause analysis, and long-term preventive measures.
