U.S. law firm Burwick Law accuses PumpFun operators and certain executives of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
BlockBeats News, January 8, the American law firm Burwick Law released an update on the lawsuit, stating that the plaintiffs have today filed a revised complaint in federal court, accusing PumpFun operator Baton Corp, as well as Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, and certain executives, of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
