BlockBeats News, January 8th, Burwick Law, a US law firm, released a litigation update stating that the plaintiff filed an amended complaint in federal court today, alleging that the operator of PumpFun, Baton Corp, as well as the Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, and certain executives, have violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
