Nasdaq-listed Japanese cryptocurrency exchange an exchange has announced the signing of a share purchase agreement to acquire approximately 97% of the equity of alternative digital asset management company 3iQ Corp. According to the agreement, 3iQ's agreed valuation in this acquisition transaction reaches $111,840,476. It is reported that the acquisition is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary commitments and specific conditions, including obtaining regulatory approval and completing due diligence.
