Trump called for a 10% cap on credit card interest rates, leading to a decline in bank stocks, with JPMorgan down 2.2% and Citigroup down 2.9%. Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index rose 1.6%, Kingsoft Cloud surged 16%, and Alibaba increased by 4.9%.
