BitMine pushes Ethereum staking queue to over 44 days, setting a new high since 2023
According to Jinse Finance, due to large-scale staking by major ETH holder BitMine Immersion (BMNR), there is currently a staking queue backlog on the Ethereum network. New validators now have to wait over 44 days before they can start earning staking rewards, marking the longest waiting period since July 2023. Currently, more than 2.55 million ETH (approximately $8.3 billions) are pending activation, with BitMine alone staking over 1.25 million ETH this week, accounting for one-third of its holdings.
