The proportion of cash holdings has dropped to a historic low of 3.2%, and protective measures against market corrections are at their lowest level since January 2018. The bull-bear indicator has surged to the "extremely bullish" range of 9.4. The survey recommends increasing allocations to risk hedging and safe-haven assets. Geopolitical conflict has become the largest tail risk for the first time since October 2024, with the risk of an artificial intelligence bubble ranking second.
