The Smarter Web Company allocates 955,000 ordinary shares according to the terms of the subscription agreement
Foresight News reported that London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has allotted 955,000 ordinary shares under the terms of a subscription agreement. The total proceeds from the subscription of these shares amount to £520,037 (before expenses), which is approximately £0.54 per share. The company will receive about 98.25% of the funds as settlement. The remaining balance of ordinary shares not yet allotted under the subscription agreement is 59,020,500 shares.
