Glonghui, January 28|Nvidia is expected to launch its Feynman architecture platform in 2028 in collaboration with Intel. In this partnership, Nvidia adopts a strategy of "small volume, low-level, non-core." The GPU core chips will still be manufactured by TSMC, while some of the I/O chips will use Intel's 18A process or the 14A process scheduled for mass production in 2028, with advanced packaging ultimately handled by Intel EMIB. Based on the proportion of advanced packaging, Intel will account for up to approximately 25%, while TSMC will account for about 75%.
