Goldman Sachs: Expects Fed to Resume Rate Cut Later This Year
BlockBeats News, January 29th, Goldman Sachs analyst Kaie Hayashida stated that given the strong economic data and signs of stabilization in the labor market, the Federal Reserve is likely to temporarily maintain its current policy.
However, we expect a rate cut policy to resume later this year as slowing inflation allows the Fed to conduct two more rounds of "normalization" rate cuts, bringing rates back to the neutral level as perceived by Federal Open Market Committee members. (FXStreet)
