According to a report by Bijie Network: Due to high Treasury yields and macroeconomic headwinds, bitcoin fell by more than 5% by the end of 2025 despite Federal Reserve rate cuts. Moving into 2026, its development as a "digital gold" safe-haven asset will become a key catalyst driving its stabilization and growth. Continued rate cuts by the Federal Reserve may weaken the US dollar, which could prompt more institutional investors to invest in bitcoin through spot ETFs. The increase in institutional investors may reduce bitcoin's volatility, and as macroeconomic conditions improve, bitcoin prices are expected to gradually rise.
