Bit Digital to Cease Mining Operations, Double Down on Ethereum Infrastructure, Staking, and High-Performance Computing
BlockBeats News, January 30, Bit Digital, a US-listed Ethereum treasury company, announced plans to fully exit the Bitcoin mining business and instead focus on expanding its Ethereum infrastructure, staking, and high-performance computing strategy.
CEO Sam Tabar stated in a letter to shareholders that mining is no longer the most capital-efficient option, and the company will concentrate its digital asset exposure on Ethereum to achieve sustainable, liquid, and compounding long-term growth.
