The company’s 2026 revenue and gross margin guidance are optimistic, with strong new orders and both EUV and memory segments accounting for 56%, indicating robust downstream demand. Capacity planning can meet customer demand for the next two years and is not an industry bottleneck. Based on comparable valuations, a target price of $1,620 is given.
