Canton Treasury Company Tharimmune adds former CFTC commissioner and DRW partner to its board of directors
Foresight News reported that Nasdaq-listed Canton (CC) treasury company Tharimmune has added former CFTC Commissioner Jill Sommers and DRW partner William Wiley as board members, effective February 1, 2026. Jill Sommers served two consecutive terms as a commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and has nearly thirty years of experience in derivatives and financial markets; William Wiley currently serves as Chief of Staff to the founder and CEO of DRW.
