MediaTek: Data Center ASIC Business Expected to Exceed $1 Billion in 2026

Gelonghui, February 5th|According to Taiwan's DigiTimes, MediaTek CEO Rick Tsai pointed out that MediaTek's data center ASIC business could surpass $1 billion in 2026, and is expected to reach several billions of dollars in 2027. In the future, the proportion of ASIC in overall revenue is expected to reach 20%. In addition, key technologies such as CPO, customized high-bandwidth memory, and 3.5D advanced packaging are all crucial areas for MediaTek's subsequent investments.
