ChainCatcher News, according to Golden Ten Data, the latest report from CIMB Treasury and Market Research Department shows that due to market expectations that the Federal Reserve may pause interest rate cuts, the Singapore dollar slightly weakened against the US dollar during Thursday's Asian trading session. Recently, Federal Reserve Governor Cook expressed a cautious attitude towards inflation, and several other Fed officials share similar concerns. Analysis points out that unless inflation further eases and there are no major negative surprises in the labor market, the Fed's policy interest rate is expected to remain unchanged for some time.
