JPMorgan: Bitcoin is more attractive than gold in the long term
According to Odaily, JPMorgan stated that after gold's strong performance and increased volatility, bitcoin's long-term appeal relative to gold has improved. Although cryptocurrencies have weakened recently, the scale of liquidations has not been significant; however, outflows from spot bitcoin ETFs continue. JPMorgan pointed out that bitcoin is currently trading well below its estimated production cost of $87,000, which historically represents a relatively low bottom.
JPMorgan's key view: Bitcoin's risk-adjusted value relative to gold has strengthened, and its volatility compared to gold has dropped to a historic low, indicating that in the long term, bitcoin has significant upside potential.
