YZi Labs responds to CEA Industries Board statement and requests clarification of misleading information
PANews, February 10 – YZi Labs has issued an open letter in response to the statement from the CEA Industries board of directors, pointing out that the so-called "secret agreement" does not exist and that the contents of the agreement had already been disclosed to and approved by the board. YZi Labs confirmed that the Strategic Services Agreement (SSA) was terminated on December 11, 2025, and the board was notified on December 13. YZi Labs questioned the board's inaccurate information and governance practices in its statement.
YZi Labs demands that the board immediately clarify its erroneous statement, fully disclose details of the relevant transactions, and effectively safeguard shareholders' interests. Otherwise, YZi Labs will take action to replace board members to ensure proper corporate governance.
