According to ChainCatcher, Arkham data shows that at 07:03 (UTC+8), 403 million JASMY (worth approximately $21.9 million) were transferred from Revolut to an anonymous address (starting with 0xcF73...). Subsequently, this address transferred 403 million JASMY to an exchange.
