Australian Dollar Encounters Identical Resistance on Tuesday
AUD/USD Faces Resistance, but Upside Potential Remains
In early Tuesday trading, the Australian dollar experienced a slight decline as it once again encountered a persistent resistance level, challenging bullish momentum. Despite this, I remain hesitant to sell the Aussie against the US dollar, largely because the Reserve Bank of Australia is expected to continue raising interest rates. Given these circumstances, any breakout above the 0.71 mark could present a promising buying opportunity, potentially paving the way for a move toward 0.73. Still, it’s important to acknowledge that this resistance has proven difficult to overcome in the past.
