Bitcoin mining company Bit Origin receives Nasdaq notice confirming compliance with minimum share price requirement
According to Odaily, Bitcoin mining company Bit Origin announced that it has received a notification letter from Nasdaq confirming that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The company had previously received a warning that its Class A common stock had failed to maintain the minimum $1.00 per share price over 30 consecutive trading days. According to the latest notice, the company’s closing price remained at or above $1.00 for 14 consecutive trading days from January 20, 2026, to February 6, 2026, thereby restoring compliance.
