The first batch of digital RMB smart contract-based payroll has been implemented in Chengdu High-tech Zone, Sichuan.
According to ChainCatcher, the first batch of digital RMB smart contract-based large-scale payrolls in Sichuan Province has been successfully implemented in Chengdu High-tech Zone, distributing over 1 million yuan in wages to 104 construction workers. This technology enables "instant salary transfers, prevention of interception, and full traceability," providing an innovative solution to the issue of wage arrears for migrant workers.
The "Anxin Zhu" platform, developed by local enterprise Yizhi Technology, provided technical support for this initiative. By integrating "business flow + capital flow," it effectively addresses the problem of wage distribution. Chengdu High-tech Zone has established an intelligent supervision system covering 176 construction projects and 164,600 workers, with cumulative wage payments exceeding 2.817 billions yuan and a payroll rate of 98.62%. Sichuan Province will continue to promote the "Artificial Intelligence+" initiative to expand the application of digital RMB in scenarios such as wage payments for migrant workers.
