T-Mobile To Raise Capital Via Euro-Denominated Debt
T-Mobile US Inc (NASDAQ:TMUS) moved to strengthen its capital position by announcing a new debt offering a day after reporting earnings and customer growth.
T-Mobile Plans Euro-Denominated Senior Notes Offering
On Thursday, T-Mobile US revealed plans for its subsidiary, T-Mobile USA, to launch a public offering of euro-denominated senior notes.
The company stated that the proceeds will be directed towards general corporate purposes, potentially including share buybacks, declared dividends, and refinancing existing debt.
The notes offering is contingent upon market conditions and other factors.
Barclays Bank PLC, BNP PARIBAS, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley International plc are managing the book-running for this offering.
Fourth-Quarter Earnings Beat Expectations

The company earned $2.14 per share, topping the $2.06 consensus estimate.

Strong Cash Flow And 2026 Outlook

Tonight the Fed rate hike is almost certain; the market is closely watching Waller's remarks: will a signal of continued rate hikes be released?
What the market truly cares about is: the dot plot will reveal how many more rate hikes are expected this year, and whether Waller will send signals of ongoing tightening. Citi predicts this will be a “dovish hike”; Goldman Sachs bluntly states that this rate hike lacks sufficient economic basis; Standard Chartered believes the hike itself is a policy mistake. If there’s a signal of aggressive consecutive hikes, it could trigger market turmoil; the most dangerous tail risk is an unexpected pause, which could spark a credibility crisis and sharp equity sell-off.
