A newly created address ranked among the top three crude oil shorts on-chain six days ago, with a position value of nearly $10 million.
According to ChainCatcher, monitored by Hyperinsight, a large whale address starting with "0xfa5db" was newly created 6 days ago. After depositing approximately 5 million USD in principal, it only opened a short position on on-chain crude oil (xyz:CL), and has now become the third largest short holder of this asset.
The current value of the position is around 9.6 million USD, with an average opening price of 95.5 USD, liquidation price of 139.844 USD, and current unrealized profit of about 400 thousand USD.
