Golden Ten Data reported on April 3 that, according to informed sources, SpaceX has raised its target valuation for its initial public offering (IPO) to over 2 trillion USD. These sources stated that the company and its advisors are sharing this valuation target with potential investors as they prepare for meetings in the coming weeks. According to previous foreign media reports, these so-called "trial balloon" briefings may include more information supporting this valuation. In February, it was reported that after SpaceX acquired Musk’s xAI, the merged company was valued at 1.25 trillion USD. With a 2 trillion USD valuation, SpaceX would surpass every company in the S&P 500 index except for Nvidia, Apple, Google parent company Alphabet, Microsoft, and Amazon, and would also surpass two other members of the “Magnificent Seven” in the US stock market—Meta and Musk’s own Tesla.

The South Korean stock market is brewing bottom-fishing opportunities: foreign capital sell-off slows, Korean won strengthens, and KOSPI 200 valuation drops to the first decile in ten years.

After a deleveraging phase and concentrated foreign selling, the South Korean stock market is experiencing a dual turning point in both valuation and technical indicators. On September 8, the Korean stock index broke above its short-term downtrend line and closed above the 50-day moving average for the first time. The forward P/E ratio of KOSPI 200 is only 6.2x, ranking in the first percentile of the past ten years. Analysts believe this extreme discount provides strong downside protection.
